ok i recently got to level 20 and noticed i only had 170 stat points, where as the builds say you have 200, where do i get these extra 30 stats

1 quest in the desert at 15 each

wait until you try them

either use henchies or have a good group with a plan (hopefully with someone who has done it and is willing to help)

um... no. there is only ONE quest in the desert for 15 attributes... the other one is in droknars forge....

The first one you get from Ghost in Destiny's Gorge, and you have to find an NPC who then gives you the 15att pt quest.
The second you get from Vanyi in Droknar's (by henchman), which requires you to go back to the desert and complete 1 of 4 quests. These quests will allow you to change your secondary profession but only if you want to, you just have to do one in order to get the 2nd 15att pt quest. Once you've completed one of the desert quests you go back to Vanyi and she'll give you the quest to see her sister (outside Coppenhammer Mines) <----THAT is the 2nd 15 att pts.....well mostly, you still have to follow the sister a short ways and then kill some banshee like mobs
